Hello and Welcome

I am a DMUIC student and this is my first blog ever. I have though about writing a blog previously but I have never done it, it is difficult, especially in my second language but let's give it a try. I will do my best to research the most valuable information about the topics I will write about. I want to show you real point of view backed with true information. I take it seriously, because this is my life philosophy I always want to share and promote only the information that I am sure about, and only those which are supported by evidence. But first, I would like to introduce myself to you. 

My name is Kornel, I was born in Poland in small town named Jawor. Jawor is home to around 20000 people and I was one of them. I got my first computer when I was 7 years old. It opened the door to a new world for me. As time went by, I was more and more engrossed in discovering different programs and games, everything that came across on my way. There was no end to the discovery. During this time, when my peers encountered a bug or a problem, they would get frustrated and let it go. It was an opportunity for me to shine. They would ask me for help and I would try to solve it. I am the kind of person who can not leave a computer problem unsolved, it is my advantage and curse. It forces me to sit at one problem without rest for hours before I find a solution. Then, I focus my attention on the task at hand and fall into a trance that I do not experience in other activities.

I love sport, I really do. I had a tough childhood, I do not even want to imagine where I would be without my passion to sport, without my self-discipline and also self-motivation. It helped me go through tough moments in my life, those endorphins. I also love cooking, gardening and spending time outside. This is very important to find a balance between siting in office/home for 8 hours on computer or more, and moving, having a contact with nature and taking care of your body and soul.

Let's go back to computing.I have always been a computer specialist in my society. I was solving problems, from user point of view, and now I want to know what is inside, how does it work. I do not have big knowledge about programming and Computer Science, that is why I started studying to get those information. I still do not know what direction I will choose. I hope in this IYZ i will find out my path.

I moved many times in my life, I had to grab what the place gave me. Because of this, I neglected my education and career but I always managed to cope with difficulties. Now, I am determined and ready to dedicate myself to school completely.

(Office Timeline. 2022)      This is a Gantt Chart, i've used https://www.officetimeline.com/ to create it. The Gantt Chart is useful for planning, for example, projects or ro admaps. In the picture shown above, there is an unfinished plan for this semester. You can see on it the amount of time I have planned to write each post. After publishing all the posts presenting the milestone I have placed, it signifies the achievement of a certain goal.  In the near future, I plan to do all the planning for this semester. I will publish it separately in this post so that you can see the different stages of creating the Gantt Chart.

Software Functionality

Formula bar is used to enter commands or to add and edit content. Ribbon is a set of commands to make the user's job easier. It is divided into sections, each containing the most useful commands.  Tabs are the Ribbons category and other options such as Help or File where you can save or create a new sheet. Name box and selected cell is the Cell that is currently chosen.  Columns and rows are letters in the case of columns and numbers in the case of rows, thanks to which each cell has an individual symbol. Sheet tabs allow you to navigate and create new sheets.
